Spray Varnish Liquitex satin

Liquitex Spray Varnish is a professional water-based, low odor varnish that provides a durable, non-tacky and permanent film on any acrylic based work. It protects colors from UV light damage and resists yellowing caused by humidity, heat and light. Depending on the substrate it allows surface moisture to pass through and “breathe”. Semi-opaque when wet, transparent when dry. Designed for interior and exterior use. Before varnishing ensure that the paint surface is fully dry (72h – two weeks, depending on the paint thickness). Place the artwork flat on a surface – always varnish horizontally. Don’t apply in one thick coat, but several thin coats, to avoid drips and cloudiness. Apply up to three thin coats, allowing at least three hours of drying time between coats.
