AS Vunder is member of the Estonian E-commerce Association and the Skizze e-shop carries the “Secure Shopping” trust mark awarded by the Estonian E-commerce Association. Shopping in e-shops that have been awarded the “Secure Shopping” trust mark is safe, these places are trustworthy and have been inspected by the Estonian E-commerce Association and meet the conditions set for receiving the trust mark.
The following terms and conditions apply to contracts of purchase and sale of goods (hereinafter “Contract”) ordered on the web page of Vunder AS, which shall be signed between Vunder AS (hereinafter “Seller”) and the person ordering the goods (hereinafter “Client”) during the period of validity of current terms and conditions.
All prices include V.A.T. valid in Estonia, if not stated otherwise. The Seller has a right to change the price of goods and transport without a notice. If Client sent his order before the price change took effect, he will be charged the price that was valid during the time of preparing the order.
All the images displayed in the online shop are for illustrative purposes only; the appearance of the product might differ from the one displayed due to the changes by the supplier, whereas the content remains true to the original.
The order by the Client shall be regarded as a request to sign the contract of purchase and sale of ordered goods in the meaning of the Law of Obligations Act (VÕS) of the Republic of Estonia. Seller shall be regarded as having agreed with the order, if he/she starts to execute an order. By performing the purchase and carrying out the payment the Client confirms that he/she has examined the conditions of sale and shall sign the Agreement.
Upon placing the order the customer can opt for an appropriate transport solution according to the country. Different delivery options, prices and delivery times are shown in the table below. We deliver packages only to indicated countries.

Pickup is a parcel delivery and sending network consisting of parcelshops (indoors) and parcel lockers (outdoors). Maximum size of the package is 37 x 44 x 61 cm, weight 20k g. Once the parcel has reached a Pickup point, you will receive a notification by SMS or e-mail. You will receive two PIN codes to receive the parcel from a parcel locker and one PIN code to receive it from a parcel shop. The parcel can be accessed with the proper PIN code. It is possible to receive the parcel from a parcelshop on the basis of a valid identity document. The parcels are kept at Pickup points for seven calendar days. If you have not picked up your parcel, a reminder will be sent to you on the 3rd day, and the parcel is returned to the sender after the 7th day of storage.
The package shall be delivered to the recipient at his/her home or workplace. Upon the arrival of the package to the DPD depository the recipient shall immediately be sent an SMS or e-mail notifying the consignee when the parcel will arrive – down to the hour! By a reply message You can easily change the delivery date up to 3 days or change the delivery address. DPD courier shall deliver the ordered goods during the working hours, within 09:00 – 18:00. If the Client is at work at these hours, we recommend choosing the delivery address accordingly.
Post offices all over Estonia. Maximum size of the package is 41 x 38 x 64 cm, weight 30 kg. Upon the arrival of the package to the post office of Eesti Post the recipient shall immediately be sent an SMS or e-mail.

SmartPOST parcel machines protect the package from the possible impact of weather conditions. Maximum size of the package is 60 x 36 x 60 cm, weight 25 kg. Upon the arrival of the package to the SmartPOST parcel shop the recipient shall immediately be sent an SMS or e-mail.
Omniva parcel machine
The parcel machines of Omniva are located outdoors and packages can be collected from there just when You need it, because they stay open 24h. The biggest network of parcel machines in the Baltic states. Omniva parcel machines are secure and have been provided with security devices; collecting the package takes just 15 seconds. Maximum size of the package is 41 x 38 x 64 cm, weight 30 kg. Upon the arrival of the package to the Omniva parcel shop the recipient shall immediately be sent an SMS or e-mail.
* NB! In winter, with sub-zero degrees, many products (e.g. paints) are liable to frost damage in outdoor parcel machines. For these instances it is recommended to choose another transportation solution. Seller shall retain the right to switch for another delivery method or extend delivery time, if there is a reason to believe that products can be damaged due to weather conditions.

Package shall be delivered to the Vunder Art SIA office in Riga, Tēraudlietuves iela 22, where it can be collected during the opening hours. If the package has arrived, the Client shall receive a corresponding e-mail.
The following payments are accepted according to each country:

Customers in other countries can pay with a credit card (MasterCard, Visa).
Registered clients can also pay on the basis of invoice. Performing of the order shall start after 100% of the payment has reached the settlement account of the Seller, except for credit agreement clients. If, upon payment of the invoice, the money has not reached the Seller’s settlement account within 7 days as of raising the order, the order shall be cancelled automatically.
The payment is performed outside the online shop environment via corresponding bank or payment facilitator Maksekeskus AS.
In case of Latvian Citadele, Luminor, SEB; Lithuanian Luminor, SEB and Finnish Aktia, Ålandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästopankki, Pohjola, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästopankki netbank links the payment is accepted by Maksekeskus AS whom the Seller has authorised to accept payments on its behalf.
The Client shall be directed to the secure environment of electronic payments and payment card centre for performing the card payment and Vunder AS shall not see the entered credit card information. On the moment of payment the Client’s card data shall be entered by the Client to the database located in the electronic payments and payment card centre server and the data shall be stored also in the server located in the electronic payments and payment card centre.
NB! Be sure to click on the link “Return to merchant” after payment. After that You will receive an e-mail notifying that that the order has been confirmed and shall be taken up.
If the internet browser would crash during the payment or any other complications occur, please contact us to check whether the order has reached us and the payment was successful.
Return of goods
One can withdraw from the order or claim exchange of goods within 14 days as of handing over the ordered goods to the Client. For this You need to send a corresponding e-mail to the address email@example.com, containing the order details on the withdrawal application form (download). Returning the ordered goods to the Seller within 14 days as of the informing shall be regarded as withdrawal from the order.
The goods returned must be unused and in primary package. In order to use the 14-day right of withdrawal the ordered goods must not be used in any other way than it is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the same manner as it is allowed to be tested in the shop premises. If the goods have been used for other purposes than it is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods or it has signs of use or wear and tear, the Seller has a right to lower the returned fee according to the decrease in the value of goods.
The costs associated with returning the goods shall be charged from the Client, unless the reason for return lies in the fact that the goods to be returned do not match the order (e.g. wrong or defective product). Upon withdrawal from the order the money for returned goods shall be transferred by the Seller to the Client to the same settlement account from which the goods were paid for within14 working days as of receiving the application for withdrawal. The Seller may refuse to make payments as long as it has got back the object of the contract or the Client has provided the evidence that it has sent back the object, depending on which occurs first.
The right to submit a complaint
The Seller is liable for the non-compliance of the terms of contract or defects of the product, which existed already during the time of delivery of the object and which occur within up to two years from delivery of the goods to the buyer. In the first six months from the transfer of the goods to the buyer it is presumed that the defect existed already during the transfer of the goods. Refutation of the corresponding assumption is the obligation of the Seller.
Upon the occurrence of the defect the Client has the right to contact the e-shop no later than within two months by sending an e-mail to the address firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling the number +372 65 64 003. The Seller is not liable for defects, which have occurred after the delivery of goods to the buyer. If the purchased goods have defects for which the seller is responsible, the Seller will repair or replace defective goods. If the goods can not be repaired or replaced, the Seller shall return to the Client all fees associated with the contract of sale. The Seller replies to the complaint made by the Client in writing or in a format, which can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
The rights of Seller
Seller reserves the right to withdraw from the order if the ordered goods are out of stock. In that event the Seller returns the money to the Client or, if the Client wishes, informs of the arrival time of the new goods or offers to choose a different product of the same value instead.
Until the full payment for the goods the goods remains the property of the Seller. Seller reserves the right to change the product prices, texts and information on product availability without notice.
Client’s personal information, entered for performing the purchases, is confidential information and is not subject to disclosure to third parties, except for cases prescribed by the law or for forwarding the goods to the transportation company.
The Seller sends the client newsletters and offers on the Client’s e-mail address only if the client has expressed this wish, by entering his e-mail address on a web page and announced his intention to receive direct mail alerts. The Client can opt out at any time from offers and newsletters sent to his e-mail by notifying the Seller of it by e-mail or by following the instructions provided in the e-mail that contains the offers.
Seller shall not be held liable for the delay of delivery if the delay of delivery has been caused by circumstances, which the Seller could not affect and the occurrence of which the Seller did not foresee or could not have foreseen (Force majeure).
Regarding the issues unsettled by current terms and conditions the legislation of the Republic of Estonia shall be followed. The Client has the right to seek protection of his rights from the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (www.tarbijakaitseamet.ee) or directly from the court. Consumer Disputes Commission is competent to solve the disputes arising from the contract signed between the Client and the Seller. Reviewing the Clients’s complaint in the Committee is free of charge. The Client can also contact the European Union’s Internet-based Dispute Resolution ODR platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
